Classes taught by Reeve include:

  • Data Analysis with Python , an upper-level undergraduate or graduate class that involves 1) introduction to a computer scripting languages focusing on Python (But students choose to use Matlab or other scripting language), 2) review of basic math and science concepts with application to earth and environmental science, and 3) an introduction to numerical methods useful for solving earth and environmental Science problems (interpolation, data manipulation and plotting, numerical integration, solving ODE's and PDE's)
  • Scripting with Python (Old Materials), is a project-centered (semi)independent study of the python scripting language with application of this language to solve a problem related to earth or environmental science.
  • Fresh-Water Flows and undergraduate hydrology class covering basic physical hydrology at the watershed scale.
  • Hydrogeology an upper-level class focusing on characterizing ground-water flow and chemistry.
